I've never understood why the Macedonians call themselves that. Ethnically, they're unrelated to the ancient Macedonians, and geographically, most of the ancient Kingdom of Macedon is in what is now Greece. It just doesn't make sense.

I'm loyal to my country I suppose, in the way that I am worried national events and the condition of my nation and its people. and I feel dedicated to improve my country anyway I can. I don't really have anything to be proud of my country for, since our history is quite short but I guess we can always make our history more interesting.

I am a patriotic American, but I do not seem like that to most other Americans because I do not like football (American and foreign both) and I am a isolationist regarding foreign policy.

Not really. The US of A doesn't have the sort of culture that encourages a strong sense of nationalism.

Always?
I mean, we're nationally patriotic, not culturally patriotic. Maybe it's that I live in a particularly multi-cultural state.

I live in the South, which is very patriotic. I like America, but it is too self- centric with stuff like history, foreign shows and movies have to have American references in them, and we're arrogant.

Macedonian national identity was bolstered during Tito's reign, as a means to draw the region away from Bulgaria and Greece. It's political powerplay.

I'm a very patriotic American. I love my flag and my government and believe in everything it does foreign and domestic. Every tradition and core value I was raised on was American and I believe that it's the best and only country worth anything on the Earth.

The river of blood, within which boiling is

And in the eternal then so badly steeps us!”

I don't really have any feelings one way or the other.

I'm from New Zealand, which I like for some reasons and dislike for others and have become a naturalised US citizen, and I like America for some reasons and dislike it for others.

I'm proud of my New Zealand heritage, I'm proud to now technically be an American, but overall I've never really bought into the whole nationalism fad. It's so 1890s....

A lot of it depends on where you grow up, not just the specific state but the specific region, what kind of family you have, etc. Americans can differ widely in their level of patriotism as well as how they choose to express that patriotism and what exactly patriotic values are.

California as whole definitely doesn't have an in-your-face " 'Murica " sort of patriotism, although there are pockets of that, especially in the more rural areas of the state. Kentucky, on the other hand...

Recently diplomacy getting more intense with Singapore about a vessel naming problem. I personally think it is not good, it's our bad, they're not as hero as one can simply think of without reading the history first. Go look up 'Usman and Harun'.

I also play badminton and will represent my nation in the next Olympic. At that time, I'll be most likely replaced by my roommate here, Arina. She works at the grocery store next to our apartment.

Why are you saying bad things about me, Rima? I am an author and I own that grocery store!
Oh look! She won the gold medal. Now I should stand her bragging about it.

This is still my eyes though.

Why do you think your country is more important than other countries?

Because I was born in my country, I served not only directly in the military but I serve everyone in it first and foremost as a citizen. Other countries only matter to me in the case that they have nice people and that they support my peoples economy.

There's just so much injustice. I want more for the americans than america.
Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way.
We have nothing to lose but the world. We have our souls to gain.
You!
Me.
Nothing you can possibly do can make God love you any more or any less.
