There are some who do, even have their own Independence Party like the Scots.

And Plaid Cymru are reasonably successful. However, they don't have anywhere near the reach of the SNP (11 out of 60 Welsh Assembly seats compared with 65 of 129 Scottish Parliament seats) and are really only popular in the North East.

Thing is, it doesn't really matter. Wales haven't been independent of England for nearly 850 years. They are never going to get independence.

A lot of fingerpointing and arguing, probably. Maybe trade sanctions or very angry resolutions.

The main supporters have nuclear weapons, most likely aimed at eachother in secrecy. They won't want to provoke the others into firing, and the others will feel the same.

Still, it'd be bad for the world. Reductions in trade, increases in protectionism, and less cooperation on major issues.
