You just made me feel extremely happy, i thought that all other people who post about boycotting China products were just saying nonsensical things. Well, we are the 11th most populous country in the world and we do buy a lot of made in China products from the banketas. If this is so.

BOYCOTT CHINA PRODUCTS!

Since we trade with the United states more than we are willing to trade with someone we absolutely hate.

EDIT: This is one revelation we all should realize and use when the time is right.

THe moment we say that we BOYCOTT them, the number of Chinese product imports will increase to 150%

The fact is, its impossible to totally boycott Chinese products. The alternative is when possible, but Filipino products first, not-China products second.

How can we actually boycott it when there are government officials who make a monopoly of those products

No, we'll just import more Japanese and ASEAN goods.

We simply can't. Too many companies are in China currently.

I tend to lean towards Japanese brands (Sony for example) because of its durability. But even if we import Japanese/ASEAN products, a lot of products will remain Made In China. But you're right, it'll greatly help. More and more products, especially shoes and clothing, are made in ASEAN countries.

Exactly, one of the reasons why Chinese products will still be patronized by Filipinos.

It's actually more expensive in the first part where the later part will be cheaper
We have to make dem factories first before we can lessen or actually boycott Chinese products which is expensive
But if they manage to do that, it would be cheaper and have better quality of course

With unemployment high, and our economy not growing fast enough, investment is likely to drive all sectors up just as did in the past 3 years, thus an increase in supply and ergo a decrease in price for the Equilibrium.

Well I thought its because the government realized that messing with the natural process by regulating birth can be disastrous in the long run, and may cause problems like gender ratio imbalance, since parents are only allowed 1 kid, they tend to prefer boys than girls.

You do realize that is only a single percentage of over 10 million of our fellow country men out there, right? Not to mention thanks to the OFW we are well known throughout the World as caring and well loved citizens, yes I believe we should increase our local industry but I also believe that the OFW is a sacrifice that is just as honourable... :eyebrow:

Their individual Governments are tackling the problem, and as we increase our influence in the Global market, we'll see this discrimination fade away, or they risk losing their workforce...
