Negotiate with 51 Conservative Statesmen trying to repeal his HealthCare Law.

He can veto it, and after that is much harder for a repeal to pass. After a veto you need two thirds of the Senate to vote override.

There's actually a lot of people who are against amnesty and more for an actual path to immigration for illegal immigrants already residing in the country.

In other words, many people are even against handing out citizenship just cause they're here and more into giving them permanent residency
