That was probably garbled, and I don't recall all of the details, but basically he sued, won, and then voted against people doing what he did. (I'll go back and look, but if someone has more information, feel free to correct me.)

However, if Democrats did any fearmongering during this midterm, it was poorly done. Mostly it was something to the tune of "save the Senate." Democrats, however, being their usual communication inept selves, were unable to explain to the American people why the Senate should be saved.
