Note the qualifications here, "information that is compelling that change the dynamic of the debate relative to cause and effect". Why wouldn't a congress critter on the Homeland Security Commission review such information? Note also that he never says that truther's have such information.

Me, I think this is silly. We've already had multiple committees that reached the same conclusion. Should we be funding yet another investigation? Everyone knows what happened, exuding some crazy people.

Who said anything about funding another investigation? Certainly not Rep. Higgins. Nor the caller. She asked if he would personally review the evidence she was talking about. And he didn't say yes.
