I don't really like this sport and I certainly don't follow it so I have no idea who will win. However, I did see a few posts that I wanted to reply to. Besides the Broncos are an NRL team anyway. And apparently a couple of other sports have a/multiple Broncos team too. I also don't care for League.

The ones that are there did. There's probably a psychological factor bearing on the minds of the players about the fans that they cannot actually see and hear lending moral support but I don't know. All sports are played somewhat in the mind and an attitude change really can make a large difference in physical terms. Ever played a game where some people in the team have different ideas about winning chances? This is part of that. It's also part of this.

Tisk I'm afraid I must point out that American football isn't the only sport where you watch men chase after a ball

e.g: Regular Football, Rugby and basketball

Golf, Tennis, Ping Pong, volley ball, Cricket, racket ball, hand ball, Polo, and Squash.

They don't really chase after the ball in golf. They follow it while walking and, crucially, have to wait for it to stop (chasing suggests trying to catch something to stop it before it would have stopped anyway). Table Tennis also isn't really chasing but that's just because the distance is so small.
