Of course you did.

You do realize they haven't even played a game since he retired, right?

The team doesn't have to play a game for someone to cheer for them.

You realize that's the case, right?

I may have liked the team when Manning was around, but, once he left the team, I decided to no longer cheer for the mediocre team.

You seriously forgot that 2015 Manning was not the same Quarterback from that almost-magical 2013 Peyton Manning. As it came closer to the end, Manning became more of game manager for the team (out of necessity, especially with his injuries catching up to him) and did very well in playoff games. Once the Super Bowl came, however, it was their defence who dragged them to the Bowl. Why do you assume they'll go mediocre?

Once again, you're proving to everyone here that you're no more than a bandwagoner right now.

I approve of this, plus all the other teams on AFC West :P

I was going to say "whereever is nearest where you're from", that's why I'm a Saints fan. My father rooted for them since the start of the franchise, and raised me to as well. Biloxi is basically a suburb of New Orleans.

But I see from the OOC facts in sig that you're from England, right? I think I'd shoot for the Jags, they're going to play in London and they're an up and coming team. Bortles looks legit as a QB, and they've been making a lot of right moves since the new ownership regime came in. They're generally my AFC team because I happen to like the city, the colors, and they're relatively close without being in the Division or from Texas, lol

I'm hoping to get to see some Grayson snaps tomorrow. If I see a lot of McCown, as great a backup as he is(and he is great) I'm going to start to lose faith in that particular experiment.

No, he's awesome, you couldn't ask for a better backup, he performed really admirably for Drew when he was down.

It's that if Garett Grayson is going to replace Drew one day, which is presumably what he was drafted to do, he's going to have to show up McCown and if he doesn't, I'm really going to start losing faith in Grayson.

So Grayson ended up doing better than expected after that first series, really impressed by the new front seven, which will only look better when Cam Jordan is back, Tommy Lee Lewis deserves a roster spot. I'm hopeful. :)

I know right!? It was killing my soul to see him in a Panthers uniform, I'm happy I won't have to anymore. And he was getting some pressure on Jimmy G, shows he has some left in the tank. #AmExcite

Baltimore Ravens beat Carolina Panthers 22-19 after recovering from a 10-0 second quarter deficit. Joe Flacco sat out the game. RBs Terrance West and Kenneth Dixon show up big time.
I missed seeing Flacco out there. He was not injured and is being given more time before facing live action from other teams. Wise move by Harbs.

I'm sorry, but I cannot get excited over preseason football. Especially with the Olympics on, I have better things to do with my time than see how good every team's third string is. I realize it's important, but *yawn* it's boring.

Yeah, I have some tertiary interest in the Backup QB battle because the end is nigh for Brees and the Saints if Loomis and Tom Condon can't get their shit together and get an extension hammered out. And I was interested to see how the new front line of the Defense performed.

...but yeah, that was prettymuch gathered around the 2nd quarter, lol
