Most likely to be quite and without incident. Plus very few serial killers have been recorded killing their next door neighbor. It may be the safest position.
The Drug dealer may get aggressive and unpredictable clients. For example car break ins, dirty needles and more could be expected.
And the nazi, would probably start to tell me how to live my life.

Plus the mass murderer is likely to be killed by cop or commit suicide after an incident meaning I will be getting a new neighbor soon.

Brazilian legislation on the matter is more repressive than that in about all European countries except Germany and maybe Austrian.

They always angered me because if they're so obstinate at getting their city and country without what they judge to be "scum" because they're invincible übermenschen (while breaking the law with the excuse that we live in a Marxist-dominated country who legislates for their own shady objectives ), they should stop persecuting gays, emos, punks, transgenders and skaters, and go up the favelas to kill the worst bandits who even I that am a hugely libertarian communist would rather get the death penalty in the solution that does not consume too much of our taxes.

If they just did it and stopped trying to oppress sexual minorities, I would be all fine about their existence in spite of my tragic experience in 2010 when I was cyberstalked in one of the times where they were committing tons of hate crimes against teenagers out there.
