If your talking a small time pot dealer, then that would be my choice because that doesn't bother me that much. If it's a coke or crack dealer, then my choice would be the Nazi. My view is that a Nazi may hold a political opinion that goes against my grain, but I want my neighbors to not be thieves or desperate people and to keep up their yard and such. I imagine a Nazi would be a neat, well groomed type of weirdo. Anyone who keeps a uniform as part of their personal attire probably would have a degree of organizational skill and wouldn't put up with an unkept yard. Hell, he might even "encourage" some minorities on the block to keep up their yard as well.
