We lived next to drug dealers. It was ok if you went elsewhere Saturday night since their parties were long and loud.
And you had better park far away from them, because now and then people would smash car windows and slash tires, who knows why.

It depends on the details.

If the frug dealer sells mild drugs, fine. If not, he'll kill more addicts than the mass murderer.
If the mass murderer is placated, fine. If not, he'll kill almost as many victims as the drug dealer.
If the neo-nazi is sedentary, fine. If not, he'll kill almost as many minorities as the mass murderer.

I live on a neighbourhood that has a Nazi drug dealer who we suspect is also a murderer. We stay away from his house :/

Drug dealer.

Well, actually a couple of them live right in my same stair. Not a major problem except for a bit of marijuana smell now and then, nothing compared to the smell of shit that would come from a nazi or a mass murderer (not that I see a lot of difference between those two).

That depends. Mass murderer? Do we know if he's been reformed? Does he follow any traits? How is he a mass murderer?

A nazi? What type? The idiot who's all talk and no do? The violent type? The thug who wants to gass all none-whites?

The drug dealer? Is he small fry, or is he looking to be bigger than that? Is he bringing gun violence with him or is he strictly quiet?

The answer depends on those questions
