Air Command, Flying Corps (like the Royal Flying Corps of WW1) Air Section, Air Command Regiment, Royal Air Service (Like the Royal Naval Air Service of WW1) Hope that helps

You can call it whatever you want, really. You could call it the Floobnak, and in your country the term for "Air Force" would be "Floobnak". You're not really truly restricted to the limitations of the Polish language either, because the Polish language in your fictional world evolved as you say it did. Simply invent a new word.
