Abortion is also high, and as one who supports abortion to a minor degree, I am sorry to say that if Russia wants to survive, outlaw abortion, re law homosexuality, The ANTI-GAY laws are angering the populous, and while I'm sure Vladimir doesn't give a fuck, its better this way. Not at all you can have incredibly stable families with just one parent. Also in the case of a parent being gay they can still see their other non-gay parent its not like the child of a gay man will be forbidden from seeing their mother.
