The title of this topic is somewhat confusing as it appears that homosexual acts are now illegal in India again. Also, I do not think "recriminalize" is the most accurate word to use since the law against homosexual acts was never actually repealed.

A better title, in my opinion, would be "Indian court reinstates sodomy law."

Now, on to the topic itself, I do not believe India should treat homosexual acts any differently than other acts between unmarried people.
