I think the owner of any business should be allowed to refuse service, but only if it is for a non-discriminatory reason, which in this case it most certainly was not. That owner had no right to discriminate against same-sex couples and if he feels like he has to I suggest booting his ass out of the country. The couple had every right to file against that man. How would you all feel if someone denied you service for being hetero? What bout christian? White? Yeah. Not a single person here would just let something like that go and by saying you would you are lying to yourself. So many people refuse to picture his or her self in these situations an just judges and judges with views that are so ridiculous they shouldn't even matter.
