Your logic is flawed. Unisex bathrooms won't increase these things. There are already unisex bathrooms, many small businesses, gas stations, doctors offices, and other places have unisex bathrooms. Granted they are the only bathrooms at those locations, but they don't cause an increase in rape. If someone is planning on raping you, they won't care what type of bathroom it is in. And if you are really so worried about it, take some self defense classes. Don't blame the bathroom.

I suppose male? I have no idea what being a woman is like in terms of identity. I can read it sure, but never get a feel for the identity. Perhaps I feel like a woman, but am so used to being a male that I just presume I am male in gender.
