Holy shit. How does anyone actually believe in that kind of nonsense?
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

It looks like if you use the search bar below the linkspam on the front page, you can find even more stuff. Like the full text of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

I think I've come to the conclusion that "allopath", in the same way as "Darwinist", "Frankenfood", and "vivisection", is one of those words that simply tells you right away that the person using it has absolutely no idea what the hell they are talking about.

There are two types of Alternative Medecine. One is basically a stepping stone: treatments that are still being studied in order to see whether or not it is actually useful. When you take part in a clinical study or undergo an experimental surgery, you are using this type of alternative medecine.
Then there's the BS Alternative Medecine, like Homeopoathy and Reiki. These are therapies which have been shown to be inneffective, or whose effectiveness cannot be tested. They are the therapies most likely to be advertised as Alternative Medecine, and have as a result caused the entire idea of alternative medecine to be viewed with suspicion.

The proper gentilic is not Al Horeyan. We call ourselves Al Herhanii, which translates literally to "The Free." The English form is the Herhans; thus, one can say either "We traded with The Herhans," or "We traded with Al Herhanii."

Allow me to quote Tim Minchin

"“By definition”, I begin
“Alternative Medicine”, I continue
“Has either not been proved to work,
Or been proved not to work.
You know what they call “alternative medicine”
That's been proved to work?
Medicine.”"

100 Facts About Homeopathy?

Legend, False, Overdose?, Nice story to tel the kids, Conjecture, Moonshine, A good excuse for indvidual failures, Ditto, Pseudoscience, Disregard of reality, A good excuse for delayed (self-)curing, Mumbo jumbo, Information but not proof, More pseudoscience, Irrelevant in the absence of usefulness, Fancy words for "It's just water", Only that many?, I feel that that was a mistake, Trials?, As quick as placebo?, As are placebo, More technobabble, Neither does water, Neither is water, Carer-placebo effect? (Trials needed), Much as water, Von Daniken is also widely pubished, And in the 20thC we had actual medicines (and we know how to look into and account for the carer-effect), Reviewed?, Carer effect again, And I can use philosophy flashcards on a two-year-old, Look up "Life coach" in a business directroy, Huh?, And now there are none?, Are they more effective now they no longer exist?, the apocryphal "Removing the handle of the pump" helped more, There were also historically shamans that promised tribesmen that they were now bulletproof, Must be all the snow, How 'enlightened', How much was their water bill?, Amazing how much more proper medicine and care costs, Doesn't mean they know what they're doing, Double-blind trial against others also recovering from mild seasonal illnesses/etc?, 28% still needing it does not a cure-all-make (and again ignores normal recovery rates), More asymmetric costs and more self-serving 'facts', I'm sure the accountants loved that, "Of course you're ill, now take this and go away", Anything serious tends to go elsewhere, Good for them!, Doesn't help your cause, Not exactly a pro, Bad ratings for a reason?, Referenceless, Quality counts, Good for them!, Attacking bad 'science' is good, Good for them!, Relevent==Homeopath?, That's parliament for you, "I like green jello!", Yup, That's government for you!, Doesn't help the homeopath cause, Out of how many who didn't follow 'easy money'?, No side-effects means no bills for side-effects (only occasional bills for no effects), No equivalent regulatory system nor unintended side-effects (just take something else instead if it doesn't 'work'!), Naturally (but that's relatively easy, given it doesn't), Cold Fusion!, ...until the Proving Master collated everything?, Same problems as with all selective meta-analyses, H2O, Crazy source with crazy explanation, Coughs and sneezes again?, Getting bored now, You are feeling sleepy, Send me 50 gribblies right now!, <insert excuse here>1, Guess what normal doctors try to do?, Guess what normal medical staff do?, Tell your fortune dearie?, I wonder how many are just a "before" shot?", But tap-water is far less expensive, And people are dying anyway, That's fast!, Wow... That averages out at a handful of famous people each year!, And absinthe made the heart grow fonder for others, At least they won't go the way of Michael Jackson, That's aristrocrats for you!, That's royalty for you! (if not purely hearsay), As is cartomancy, Need I go get the current population of India to show how insignificant that is?, Now at last some nice solid percentages (but from a source I don't trust), I prefer their cheeses, Prost!, Now I don't smoke but if I did..., That's people for you!, You can't air what doesn't exist.

1 Here's an idea: Individually tailor a remedy for each individual, partner this with a neutral control and double-blind which of the two 'remedies' is actually given. Oh look, it can be done.

Only for the British.

Hey! I can be an alternative medicine expert too!

All ailments are caused by an imbalance in your 3 miasmas, Each miasma is represented by a primary color (red, yellow, blue). One must have equal parts of each miasma to be healthy, as dominance of one miasma over the others leads to different diseases depending on which color is out of balance. Different kinds of activities and emotions strengthen each miasma. Yellow is activity, exercise, and friendliness. Red is romance, compassion, and joy. Blue is knowledge, understanding, and fulfillment.

All diseases can be cured by doing more the actives related to a deficient miasma or less actives of an overabundant one. You can also mildly rebalance your miasmas by eating or not eating foods of their representing colors or by surrounding yourself in the color of a deficient miasma. For example, cancer is caused by an over abundance of blue and a sever deficiency of red, thus you should cut down on blue foods, avoid the color blue, and rather surround yourself with red. If you can rebalance yourself in time than you are guaranteed to go into remission.

Holy shit, I started this as a joke but if I flesh this concept out more I could honestly sell this and make a fortune as a new age spiritualist guru and I'm not entirely sure I know what a miasma actually is...

"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

Ah, you must be one of those misguided Pigmentists. As we Spectralists that follow the True Way know, the miasmas are red, green and blue.

I'll do the same. But as all I need are a light source and some coloured filters specially treated psycho-activated gelatine sheets, my running costs will be lower and I'll outcompete you!
