Well in Canada there is the Anglican Church of Canada, the United Church of Canada, and the Metropolitan Community Church. (That I know of for sure, and MCC tend to only be in major cities)

Those aren't exactly mainstream, as in majority. Secondly, the rural town I live in hates and loathes the Christian churches in town who accept LGBT members. There was a local town scandal when a church had a lesbian pastor as a priest.
