So in the three examples I listed in the OP, tell me what crimes they were committing.

They were blocking a store and a sidewalk and they disobeyed a police order.

God forbid people WALK AROUND THEM.

They were just minding their own damn business and then a police officer tells them to go away. I somehow doubt that they were resisting arrest so much as they were just explaining themselves to him.
