1.) That is restricting people from freely practicing.
2.) I know I'm required to say mine out loud. I can not just pray silently. The same goes for other groups.
1. Rights aren't absolute. Your freedom of speech can be restricted within public schools, as the courts have decided.

In capitalism, you pretty much have a 50/50 chance of being rich or poor. In communism, it's 1/99. What makes people think they have the luck/skill to become the 1% if they can't even succeed in a 50/50 society???

You're not a religious official. By not allowing me to practice freely you've restricted my right when I would have otherwise been able to freely practice had I been in a private religious school

No, if you really must, you can go and pray in the hall for a few minutes. You cannot be disruptive though to everyone else.
And schools should defiantly not mandate prayer, nor have sessions for it.
It can be up to an hour.

Tinker remains a viable and frequently-cited Court precedent, though subsequent Court decisions have determined limitations on the scope of student free speech rights. In Bethel School District v. Fraser, a 1986 case, the Supreme Court held that a high school student's sexual innuendo–laden speech during a student assembly was not constitutionally protected. Though Fraser applies the Tinker test of disruption to school decorum, if not undermining of educational mission, the effect is to make an exception to Tinker for "indecent" speech. Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier, where the court ruled that schools have the right to regulate, for legitimate educational reasons, the content of non-forum, school-sponsored newspapers, also limits Tinker's application.
