...and really Russia, is Putin the best choice for leader? The guy lags behind Assad, Ahmedinejad and Berlesconi as one of the most infamous leaders/former leaders, but the guy thinks the Cold War is still going or something. He's a dinosaur of another political era.

Except they couldn't. If you'd know even the remotest thing about Eastern Europe's political situation, you'd know that not integrating yourself further with the EU is basically drawing ever closer to a day when Putin gains economic control over your nation.
