As a society, we still have too many backwards-oriented people to seriously consider that kind of thing in many places. There's no end to the stupid shit such a change would result in with today's people.

Although this would be a fine opportunity to do away with urinals - I've found them to be mostly useless and they're just occupying space better used on a full-fledged toilet cabin, if you ask me.
