What is your discriminatory solution to intersex people who have both male and female genitalia? Can they use either bathroom? Are they forced to use gender neutral bathrooms only? Why does it matter so much to you what genitalia a man or woman has if they pass as the gender they identify as? Are you actually looking at other people's genitalia when you're in the restroom? Are transgender men required to get an artificial penis before you let them use the men's room? Are transgender women required to get SRS before you let them use the women's room? Or would even then they be restricted from using the bathroom of their gender?

I intended the mandate option to mandate like at least one all-gender bathroom, while at the same time not outlawing separate gender bathrooms.
You can take the sign off the bathroom to make it gender neutral, you don't have to build new bathrooms.

Basic For argument: Anti gender discrimination. There are many non-transgender and non-cross dressers, who are in favor of gender-neutral bathrooms. Example a female and male who are friends, and want to stay with each other for protection and company.

Basic Against argument: costs to much to add a 3rd all-gender bathroom. Some people prefer separate male and female bathrooms because males are on average less sanitary than females, the low-risk of accidental pregnancy though contamination, and females don't want perverted males peeking at them when they go to the bathroom.

uni-gender or gender-neutral bathroom is a bathroom that all genders can use.
