But Latin American voters usually don't vote for social democratic and reformist parties, unless they have extremely charismatic and populist leaders.

In my view I do not even think Venezuela can claim to be a socialist country anymore, instead Venezuela should call itself a really bad right winged satire of socialism.

So what says NSG ? has Venezuela gone too crazy or not ?

Venezuela has never been asinine, never will. It knows the truth of what is being waged against them, it is one of many nations victimised by Capitalist Imperialism.

Imposing fairer prices is best so that their people can continue to afford their commodities without tightening the belt during the times of foreign imposed economic war.

Until those commodities are no longer on the shelves....

Because it simply is. The language behind what is written implies they will do everything in their power to revert Latin America into the stone age of Pinochets.

It has also been similar elsewhere too. "Democracy spreading, regime change" = destroying countries

If I succeed in making a Sixth Republic, I will ally with Venezuela, help them fight through these times, thence make their Chavista movement rise anew.

You sure that's not wishful thinking on your part? All I see in that piece of paper is a bunch of neoliberals whining about the death of democracy in Latin America and planning to revert that through active participation in the upcoming elections. There's no talk of installing a Pinochet equivalent, let alone resorting to violence.

Besides, if such a thing was a part of their plan, I doubt any clever conspirator would print his own name, or that of his organization, on the plans.

Well, no, I mean they brought this on themselves. I know that. But I feel sad that they were so misguided into thinking that the Chaveze's and Maduro's of the world held the solution. More often than not, voting for something that seems too good to be true, probably is. In this case, they were promised jobs and hope and will probably end up with neither.

Neo-liberals are the very essence of this movement alongside neo-conservatives.

No, these conspirators assumed they had a secure line through which they could exchange information, some hacker got them in the arse, the leak is the result.
