The extent of my knowledge regarding the Polynesian/Malaysian/Etc culture is that they were generally tribal or some such and got around in small canoes, since there were lots of tiny islands everywhere. Thus to most people they'd be 'uncivilized'. Taking into account the boats, I got 'Boat Savages'.

TBH, I'd favor an authoritarian administration way more in war-time or if my country were to fall into a socio-economic crunch.

That anarcho-capitalist said also that he'd always prefer the other side's solution (within reason) rather than an ill built compromise. So whilst he supports a system of uninterfered health insurance, he would prefer fully socialised healthcare rather than something ill made like Obamacare.
