However, I dislike:

-His authoritarian style

-The repeated scandals that seem to show violations of democracy and always lead up to his office

-His political murder of Nigel Wright to cover his own ass

-His partisan leanings

-The Economic Action Plan fund which he set up. It's a slush fund for payoffs.

-His "won't take no for an answer" speech in the USA

-His lack of basic politeness

-His annoying lack of etiquette or common decency in his campaigns



This, and more, irks me about Harper. And I hope he goes the way of Rob Ford. He's made several errors too many and I have no reason to trust anything he says.

Perhaps you are not aware that the Liberals were caught in the province of Ontario basically stealing 1.1 Billion dollars of taxpayer money. And yet, people seem more concerned about a mayor smoking crack than their own money.

I am aware of that. It wasn't theft. It was political maneuvering. It looked rather dirty, but then again, it's a step below the full-out contempt for democracy that Harper has shown and will continue to show.

And besides, the procurement process for our fighter jets has cost us far more than that, has been entirely the Conservative government's fault, and has still availed us nothing on a product fulfilling a role we don't need. Helicopter and naval contracts go the same. So yes, I am concerned with my own money - which is being flushed down the toilet and cheerfully spat upon.

I said I want him to go the way of Ford. My mayor deserves impeachment, or at least electoral defeat.
