There is a particular member of the PETA leadership who broke her daughter's gaming system over Pokemon. In fact, this PETA member identified as Kathy Guillermo has been claiming to be so traumatized by the Pokemon anime that she has met with lawyers to sue Nintendo and McDonald's over promoting Pokemon. So NSG, do you think this lawsuit is frivolous?

Myself, I find this lawsuit not just frivolous but comedic as one can now go hunting in Grand Theft Auto for example.

Well first off I feel really sorry for the boy who spent all the money on the 3ds as a gift and had it destroyed and cant see the girl anymore.

Secondly, this bitch is crazy. There isnt any other way of putting it. The lawsuit she is filing is one of the dumbest lawsuits I have ever seen. Its like watching a car add which promotes the cars saftey, then suing that car company for making her feel unsafe in other cars.

While it is sort-of, kind-of understandable how one might, from an extremely biased point of view, see pokemon as promoting animal cruelty, their crusade against Mario's tanooki suit just made no sense. Have they made any parody of the Zelda games yet? I wouldn't be surprised if they went for all three of Nintendo's big franchises.

They went after Cooking Mama instead of Zelda as those Octoroks and Redeads aren't exactly cute creatures worthy of respect in PETA's eyes given that those enemies attack people first.
