They went after Cooking Mama instead of Zelda as those Octoroks and Redeads aren't exactly cute creatures worthy of respect in PETA's eyes given that those enemies attack people first.

Unfortunately it seems legitimate until I realized that. Still there is the inverse suit of Nintendo suing PETA over the parodies and putting Grimace as a Pokemon.
