Argentina' numbers is also that high. Then Costa Rica in Central America and Puerto Rico in the Caribbean. Both in the high 70's percentage. However, the culture of those places are not 100% copies of Europe but a mixture of European, Native and African. White Europeans do not eat Plantain. They probably do not know what it is. White Caribbean and Central Americans (all in the tropics) do eat plenty of Plantains.

I have no idea what you mean by this. There is no specifically "black" college fund. However, even if their were, it would be because African-Americans are often from disadvantaged economic backgrounds, and haven't had access to the suburban private schools that some whites have.

Have you ever been to a college? 99% did not allow African-Americans until they were forced to. If you pick a random college, it is probably historically white.

While the fact is, US only became a key part of the Western Civilization around WWI, by which time Europeans were already as powerful as it gets in world politics. It was not required for Western Civilization's dominance.

I think Mushet meant that the raw materials that were exported back to Europe from the Americas helped to fuel Europe's development into the industrial and military powerhouse that it became in the 18th and 19th centuries. While it is an unfair oversimplification to say this was the only reason for Europe's success, it is true that the American colonies were useful.

Personally, I'm for getting rid of all that race stuff. If the law is colour blind, then why are there laws promoting or deterring certain races. I think the law shouldn't even recognize the existence of race.
