Republicans:
-Teddy Roosevelt
-Eisenhower
-Coolidge
-Nixon
-Lincoln

Democrats:
-Polk
-Jackson
-Kennedy
-Polk
-Polk

Jackson only takes second because he killed the wrong Indians. If he didn't force the Cherokee to move he would have been top president of all time.

Also Polk was awesome, did everything he said he would do and didn't even have to run for re-election because he already did everything.

He gave lip service to civil rights, but didn't move much on it. LBJ did most of that. And while he's been portrayed as a hero during the missile crisis, the fact is that he took the world to the brink of nuclear war, and ended up having to give up American missiles in exchange for the Soviet ones, making it a draw at best.

JFK was openly annoyed by King despite having his political base in the civil rights friendly North, while LBJ advanced the civil rights agenda despite having his base in the South. JFK was frightened to lose the Dixiecrats, while LBJ willingly signed away the South for a generation of Democrats. JFK wrote Profiles In Courage, LBJ was a profile in courage.

I had a response typed out that refuted your points, but then I realized who I was talking to, so I'll just say this: Out of a history of astoundingly inane, thoughtless, and obtuse comments, this takes the cake. If you respect the Constitution so much, start with learning exactly what constitutes conspiracy to commit a crime, incitement to riot, and other crimes that actually rise to the level that you're talking about. ANY restrictions on speech, political activity, and belief must be subject to the most stringent tests.

You've stated in the past that you plan on moving to my country. I beg of you, for your sake and mine, before you do so, actually learn what the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights mean, why the amendments were placed there, and how a free society does not only mean that I get to say what I want, but that the asshole next to me also gets to say and believe what he wants so long as there is no threat of IMMEDIATE harm involved.
