My problem, in this instance, was with you being wrong. A fetus is human, undeniably. I don't see how that can be called into question. Its personhood is debatable, but it is human. That's a judgement we make, just like we make it with dogs and humans. We have every right to decide what qualifies as human and what doesn't, because we created the standards that define humanity.
