Of course not. There will always be things that apply to one group of people and not to another simply due to nature. Women can't grow beards, and men can't give birth. If one man gets castration for a crime, another gets 25 years, and one woman gets 20 years, it's not discrimination, it's simply the punishment the court decided fit them best.
