There has been plenty of speculation... but now, what do you think?

I think that the Nazi system would have survived to the present. Germany would dominate Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and India. Japan would dominate East Asia, Australia, and the Pacific. The USA would be allied with Canada, but would have lost Alaska and Hawaii to Japan. Most of Latin America would stay neutral or be willing to trade with Germany and Japan to become less dependent on the US.

Racism would still be normal, but there would be a lot less black and brown people these days to be racist against. Nearly no Jews or Gypsies or Slavs. I would not be alive

Japan could not have won in the Pacific short of time traveling weaboos in giant Gundams. Their fate was sealed as soon as their planes took off for Pearl Harbor.

Similarly, Germany was more or less screwed from the outset. If he waits to invade Russia until after he finishes the British, then the Red Army would have been in much better condition than it was in July '41 making the likely of a repeat of the real Barbarossa unlikely. Then there's the chance of Stalin attacking first while the Germans have most of their strength tied up in Britain. And of course an invasion of Great Britain might bring America into the war, and that would the Germans would have to have built a large enough fleet to not only control the English Channel but also defeat the combined forces of the British Home Fleet and the American Atlantic Fleet, the main striking power of the two largest navies in the world.

Well, technically Hitler wanted to enslave the Slavs, not destroy them. But your right, a lot less Slavs.

The Slavs weren't considered much better than the Jews, and it was explicitly stated that the war in Russia would kill millions of Jews and Slavs.
