Theres a difference between 10% less STD infection (only for dominating males) (at the cost of 10% more intercourse, if i read one source here right) and 95% of being immune to diseases that will severaly harm and kill you

I largely agree. Unless there is some medical reason that a child needs parts of his genitals cut off without his consent ("cleanliness" is not an acceptable reason, either, it makes about as much sense as cutting someone's lips off so they can clean their teeth better), it shouldn't be allowed. It's just as much of a violation of human rights as female genital mutilation is, and should be banned.
