Yes, Islam is the biggest circumcising religion there is. And this is the hadith passage from Saheeh Al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 72, Number 779.

Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard the Prophet saying. "Five practices are characteristics of the Fitrah: circumcision, shaving the pubic hair, cutting the moustaches short, clipping the nails, and depilating the hair of the armpits."

Yep, this passage is why 70% of the circumcisions are done to Muslims.
