If you think this site is so bad just leave complaining about "unfair" mods just because you were banned or a friend was banned will not do anything. Its not even that big of a deal anyway this is supposed to be a fun site not some soap opera drama because your "feeling hurt" about supposed mod unfairness. Mistakes are always going to be made.

I am ninety percent sure that I read in the rules that something can still be trolling if the poster holds that as an actual belief. I think they used something about the Holocaust as an example. I can find it if you don't believe me.

Someone disagreeing with you does not equate to trolling. Intent is incredibly important and will be judged by the moderators to the best of their abilities. Disagreements are expected and conducting yourself in a civil manner is ideal. Trollbaiting is the action of making posts that attract trolls. A prime example of trollbaiting would be gloating over the results of an election.

I'm not sure where you got your information, but this doesn't say anything about actually held beliefs.

On topic images aren't counted as image spam. But you werne't deated for posting on topic images. You were deated for circumventing the site restrictions on image size. There is a major difference.

Again please show me where in the OSRS it says that that's DEAT + seven day bannable.

We've never wanted to be that tightly bound to a set of punishments. Someone with 10 gravedigging warnings isn't the same threat to the forums as a pornspammer. If you want to work on a way to phrase that, have at it. I've never managed to put that into words other than "mod discretion", but maybe you can.

So, basically, it doesn't because that's not how NSG moderation works. They look at a situation and make a judgement on the severity of punishment, there is no "set escallation of punishment" nor 'set punishment'.

As an aside, I've got no idea what happened with that thread and its goals.

Other than that one warning for spamming I somehow have forgotten about (probably due to lack of redtext), NONE of those were warnings for spamming.

Shifting the goalposts there. The original claim you made was that there were no warnings on your nation, with no reference to spamming in particular.
