Exactly. And some words offend due to racial reasons.

Yes - which means it hits twice as hard as any other word with the same amount of vowels.
Not sure about you, but to me that sounds like an excellent word if you're planning to offend someone.

No, but why go off on a massive, politically correct but exhausting tirade if one specific word does the trick better than a thousand others? Here's what I'm saying - it's offensive, so use it for offense!

The best way to insult someone should be highly prejudiced, bigoted slurs? What you seem to be doing is rationalizing your racism, and it comes off pretty blatant.

Again, when you're out to offend, you need offensive words.
And if you've managed to come across the most offensive word in the world, why not use it?

Is what? Racially, he's white as milk. Culturally, though, "Slim Shady" isn't exactly a country singer.

The racial component... otherwise one opens up a whole bag of worms about the possibility of cultural appropriation.

Opportunist isn't the same as racist. Using it for the purpose of offense and not out of some sort of belief is entirely an opportunistic usage.

Well, I have, actually. Those guys had it coming to them, though - three of them, stealing bicycles at a train station just after midnight. Trying to cut locks with a bolt cutter. So me and some others walked up to them and started talking to each other loudly - "it almost seems these [censored] are trying to steal bicycles." They ran off into the night.

Don't think I would call him culturally African American. To be sure there are white people who are, but Eminem stresses being white in a lot of his music.

Also, the idea of offending him is pretty ridiculous, seeing as how he raps about raping lesbians and killing children.

This word shows the racial divide in the USA. People say 'color does not matter' but then blacks freely use the word and are not called racist but whites using the word are called racist.

If color does not matter than we should all feel free to use the word regardless of color. The 'N' word is a good acid test of how colorblind we really are. If we react differently to a black person vs. a non-black person using the word than we are not truly colorblind or fair.

I think I pass this test because I view anybody that uses the word as unfriendly and aggressive in nature. Most gang banger wannabees (the rappers that use the 'N' word) and Confederate supporters (the whites that use the word) would fit into my profile so I think it is accurate.
