Not really. Many people always get a feeling like they just want to blow someone's brains out. However, they understand the legal consequences and do it. It's called having restraint and thinking long-term.


In countries where these traits are lacking, assault is extremely common.

Dress up like a Klansman and walk through a predominantly black neighborhood, see how long it takes for someone to ignore legal consequences. People aren't slaves to the law and they will defy it if they are sufficiently offended.

I think it is a stupid word that is mostly used by black people themselves and racist white southerners. The only way to kill the word is for some people to stop being racist and for rappers to stop using it to describe their "people." (I'm trying so hard not to sound racist right now.) I have noticed that it has split up into two different words, one ending with "ah" or "a" and the other ending with "er." The first word seems to be more benign, but still considered racist if a white person says it. Now you know my opinion, what do you think?

You know, it's funny. I was always taught not to say the n word, or any vulgar word for that matter. I really don't curse at all, I try not to. What's weird is that all my friends use the n word even though they're white. No one seems to care about it at school. My one friend always greets people by saying "what is up my nigs". As someone said, common sense is enough to know that a non-black person can't use this word. I lived in Atlanta for some time and I can say Blacks seen really offended when a non-black who isn't their personal friend uses that word.

Most Americans tend to abide by the law most of the time but that's a lot of generalities. People are capable of resorting to violence and while it may not be their first course of action it is a weapon in their arsenal and not to be taken lightly.
