Just one? Can't think of any shows.

Maybe the "Castle Ghosts of..." series I used to watch in the mid 90s. I think it was aired in the US in The Learning Channel.
\(=`ェ´=) 'Woof!" says Cattail. "Woof woof woof! Does this confuse you? Do you expect me to say 'Meow' like a cat because the word 'cat' is in my name and I also look like a cat? That's not how things work around here. I refuse to be pigeonholed. Nah, I like to meow, so ''Meow!'' :3"- Cattail, from Plants vs. Zombies, with a slight addition by the nation owner
-Also, of course, cats...-

Real late reply, sorry, but, No he won't.

Moff said that the doctor has 507 regenerations. Also consider Hurt, who is playing the actual 9th Doctor, making Smith the actual 12th.

The '507' was a number Moffat pulled out of his ass and we don't know what Hurt's role is.

You sort of echo my thoughts. (Noting that currently I don't watch TV, because I'm too busy to watch TV while doing everything else, although I do listen to an awful lot of radio, including at this very moment in time.)

Although I was considering suggesting Have I Got News For You (on a specially-comissioned eternally-run series, just for me), instead, because you've got to have a laugh about the news. Or you'd cry.

I see Doctor Who is highly suggested. I could handle that. But for non-Newsish series I was originally thinking as how the entire back-catalogue of Last Of The Summer Wine might be an investment in time that I could very easily have gone for.

I'd watch South Park. Think about it, offensive humor AND moral teaching, it doesn't get any better than that.

Thama wrote:Moff said that the doctor has 507 regenerations.
That may or may not have come from (or related to) the 11th Doctor possibly joking (in Sarah Jane Adventures?) that he had that many... It may or may not be 'true'.

But, as elsewhere said, Who continuity can get around that. Witness the exploits of The Master (previously gained additional regenerations), the influence of River (may have helped add a few regenerations), the way Eleven tricked the system (the 'metacrisis') and the whole universal reboot by Twelve (from within the Pandorica) and the assistance by Amy. (Also that if this limit was actually a purely 'administrative' limit governed by the Time Lords themselves, they're no longer in a position to enforce it.)

And we've yet to see how Hurt features, or doesn't. Timelines, etc, could be easily.

(If Moffat, who isn't the sole arbiter of these things, decides to close Doctor Who off, I'm betting in a few years there'd be a new resurgance, anyway, under a future rising star of the production world. Or at least another McGann-style hopeful one-off, to test the waters.)

I resisted the urge to tear my hair out, so I guess I'm can last a few more months, but Bobby better be back. I tell you, season 8 had the worse cliffhanger ever. Not even season 6 was that bad.
