This sums up my view, essentially. I don't watch TV at all.

But if I had to absolutely pick a show? Tough call. I do have a Daria kick going on, so I could pick that show. One of my personal favorites, that one.

The issue is that the very best shows tend to be only a few series long and, in many cases, quite short series at that. While the very long running shows (for example Coronation Street) usually aren't my thing. Things like CSI I'd get bored of without the subtle differences (or not so subtle differences) between the variety of them out there (every police show has its own particular thing that makes it different, the three CSI's, for example, differed in location mainly whereas the two NCIS's are quite different). As much as I like the likes of Doctor Who... I'm really not the kind of person that could hack one television series.

But, say, there was a new episode every day for forever, it would be, probably beyond a shadow of a doubt, Cracker. The problem is, well, there isn't.
