No, it's a recognition that we tend to classify based upon race, and additionally tend to form opinions based upon race, even if unconsciously so. Most of it isn't as overt as assuming that Asians can't drive, or that all Mexicans are lazy. Usually it's something as subtle as tensing up a bit when you realize that it's a young black man behind you on the street at night, and tensing up in a way that likely wouldn't happen were it a young white man or young Asian man following you. It's actually not a huge deal, and it's mostly a result of exposure to the media. The only ones who are immune are those who have been completely cut off from the media for their entire lives, or those who are blind, deaf, and mute.

Why thank you, sir, for your defense. It seems, though, that the former example (the person who was never exposed to the media) would still be a victim of racism or racist doctrine. Since racism can be generated by culture. As in "we must defend ourselves from those darker folk over there. They'll rape our women and steal our lands if we're not careful!" Many isolated communities tend to develop such thoughts as a meas of protection/survival.

Many of those thoughts stay for thousands of years and bam! It becomes ingrained.

It's also demonstrably true that a young black man walking about at night is several times more likely to be a thug than a young white man, both chosen at random.

You should put some sauce on the bullshit before plating it and presenting it to the rest of us.

*shrug*
Freedom of speech is not freedom from consequences. If you make racist statements at work or in such a way that's associated with your work, your employer is entitled to take disciplinary action. If you're a celebrity and you make racist statements publicly, you may lose sponsorships and job opportunities.

There's a ridiculous idea that you can substitute "constitutional" for "right". That is fallacious.

Nonsense. There are a number of factors involved, and race is the most meaningless of them all.

When it's unfair hate, like firing somebody because they're not the same race as you, then yes, but if it's a reasonable race-based joke then no. I say it depends.

The Sultanates of Khartoum issued Hakuras to the chieftans of the land. These Hakuras gave them the power to own some land and settle some disputes. In reality what those Hakuras did was formalize the power of the sultanate to dictate who owned land and who had the power to settle disputes.

Senator Nicholas Cracchiolo - Constituency 264, Sinzë
Your test scores indicate that you are a tough-minded conservative; this is the political profile one might associate with a police officer. It appears that you are tolerant towards religion, and have a pragmatic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a patriot.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a uncompromising principled hereditarian with many strong convictions.

My nation represents 98.2% of my actual views.
