Nowhere does it insinuate a lack of consent. No where does it say the man went and had sex with her against her will. All it states is (1) the wife didn't want to, and (2) the man thought they should, because they were married.

Well yes. A major part of surveys is how the question is worded and what the person administering the surveys is going to claim as rape. A feminist would claim the above scenario as rape. Someone else wouldn't. It is a problem in statistics.
