No it didn't, it clearly said that the other partner did not give her consent.

No, it didn't. I've posted the quote, word for word, three times now. I'll post it again for you.Neu California wrote:
That is not clearly saying the other partner did not give consent. That is merely stating she did not want to. It's conflating "lack of desire" with "lack of consent".

No, you did not. You said what you think giving consent is, but you did not illustrate what you think not giving consent is.

I didn't know this was a thing, nor would anybody have been able to until the survey results were published.

No it's saying that the man said "Screw her opinion shes my wife" and raped her.

How is it a strawman? My friend if you didn't realize the extend of sexism and rape culture extended beyond the odd jocular references within western society prior to this survey being published I pity you.

No, it's not. The wording is quite clear for you. It's posted, there. Right above your post
According to the quote, the following scenario is rape:
1) Husband suggests sex.
2) Wife declines.
3) Husband requests again, noting they are spouses, and uses some form of reasoning that appeals to this.
4) Wife changes her mind and decides she will have sex with him, though reaffirming she doesn't particularly want to, but is willing to if it will make him happy.
According to the wording of the question, that's rape.

What... Please tell me I misunderstood that...
If it is accepted as regular or commonplace in another culture, then leave it be. If the people of that culture don't like it, they'll change it.
If it is accepted as regular or commonplace in another culture, then do something about it.
It all boils down to respecting other people's culture.
