Maybe they should go for a little more mature age.

I guess that kindergarten sex ed and the level of information it administers are carefully studied to make it accessible to...well, kindergarteners?

Since when are two-year olds in kindergarten?

Just take a look.

I seriously doubt a 2-year old can take that all in, you don't have to give a child a whole treatise on various forms of reproduction, sometimes the best answers are the simplest.

Well, what I do (although I haven't had to do it at a Kindergarten level for a while) is teach them the names of the body parts, using a line diagram that we label. We start with the ones that they know - hands, feet, face, etc - then move into the private parts. Then we have the obligatory discussion on what it means for private parts to be private. We also talk quite a bit about comfort levels, and understanding the signals your body gives you if you're not comfortable with something. We talk about trust and the people you can go to for help.
Sorry to disappoint you about the lack of puppet shows and pop-up books, but there is a bit of story telling and discussions about what's happening in the stories. That is a surprisingly effective way of teaching a five year old (which, by the way, is the age of a student in kindergarten)

I see, well, we don't have to put so much effort teaching 5-6 yr olds here. One of the wrong things about my country is that computer shop owners rarely give a damn about what children watch in a computer, Its a common occurrence here to see unsupervised toddlers open up a PC and watch in a porn-site they most likely copied from adults who watch porn in public. And I find it rather uncomfortable playing online games next to a pervert who's watching hentai with a gang of children at his back. I just don't see why no-one's telling them off.

Actually, porn may be the worst thing to learn about sex from.

How's it affecting all of your brains?
