Maybe he grows facial hair in patches? Like some at the edges of his upper lip and some in patches on his chin. Then if he grows his beard, he ends up looking like a catfish.

Eh, I might get round to entering one of these one day. I always look tired and can't really smile in photos, so it won't be great, but I might as well. I also tend to look twice my age, due to being almost six foot and shaving regularly at thirteen.
