I will refer to anyone using any one of the pronouns "he", "she", "they", and, rarely, "if", if they request it. I will also use compounds like "he/she" also by request. There are cases where I may do so reluctantly (or "put the pronoun in quotes" if I'm really skeptical or sarcastic).

However, I will never use any made-up pronoun (i.e. other than those four) even if requested, unless people give me the same courtesy and use "nge" for me, as they often fail to do. It's in the sig!
