You've got to grind a lot to be able to unlock proper universe exploration, that's what humanity's doing now. No point just skipping ahead with our "mission to Mars" minigames.
Misssion to Mars isn't a minigame so much as a level. Video/board/Tabletop RP games, now those, are minigames. And they're pretty fucking good, although the in-game minigames, for the most part, suck. Though the Galaga knock off in San Andreas and the casino games in Pokemon were pretty addictive.

True. Although watching the recursive levels of minigame echo below us, you wonder if our game of life isn't just a minigame in the celestial game of Cosmic Pool.
