Equality goes too far when, in order to redress theoretical disadvantages once suffered by one group or another, you begin pushing things like affirmative action to such an extreme that it is to the detriment of the nation.

Am I? I wasn't aware. I'm against the segregation of bathrooms by gender, but people don't bring out their real objections until you take a position that offends their sensibilities.

Which would pretty much be the instant she walks into said restroom if this became official policy, thus making it even more dangerous of a policy, since it would force trans students who have already transitioned to come out as trans the moment they enter a restroom, even if they do not wish to tell anyone that their biological sex at birth was a different one.

I personally believe that racism is unacceptable in all forms even against "crackas", but still wrong against blacks. I'm neutral about the transgender bathroom situation. When I was in middle school the special needs students did distract me, all they did was walk around the school all day and it bothered me during a test. That isn't the main reason I was frustrated, I thought that they needed some sort of education besides walking around the school.

What do you think?

Your test scores indicate that you are an open-minded progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a journalist. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.
Your attitudes towards economics appear communist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a humanist.
To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a sensible realistic egalitarian with several strong convictions.

It is a well-established fact that rape is often a crime of opportunity. But rape is not the only concern.
Transphobia is rampant, and trans people already have high suicide rates as it is. Forcing trans girls to go to restrooms that are not meant for their own gender is humilliating, and leaves them exposed to transphobic harrassment, abuse and assault.

Whether or not you believe what you post is irrelevant.

Trolling is defined as posts that are made with the aim of angering people. (like 'ALL JEWS ARE [insert vile comment here]' for example). Someone disagreeing with you does not equate to trolling. Intent is incredibly important and will be judged by the moderators to the best of their abilities. Disagreements are expected and conducting yourself in a civil manner is ideal.
