I don't think you understand what countries are.

Self-determination is an inherent right of any population, irrespective of whether they have political autonomy. No region of Greece has suggested secession from Greece is a viable alternative just because Greece has a lot of debt, because, this might be hard for you to understand, but if you secede, you take a percentage of the national debt that is equal to your percentage of the population of the country you are seceding from.

And those territories actually aren't constitutionally prohibited from seceding, unlike US states.
