That's the whole point of RT's existence is to broadcast propaganda critical of the US and "the West".

Being neutral in the whole media thing, i think you are mixing Press tv up with RT. RT isn't that anti west at all, its just like Al-Jazeera but reversed (Al-Jazeera as being slightly pro west and RT slightly pro "the other side") Both use propaganda to fill their story, just like very single mediachannel does. state owned or not, it doesn't matter anything.

Why should I trust elites that have been hypocritical liars for decades, even supporting the vilest regimes imaginable themselves, including the Gulf Kings? I apologise, however I am throwing my support behind the resistance.
Edit: Explain to me how democratic it is to support mass murderers such as Chiang Kai Shek, Rhee Sygman, Ngo Dinh Diem, Soeharto, Pinochet, Batista, or any other?

There's also the point that - with the glaring exception of the Saudi regime - the Gulf royals aren't so terrible a lot, as dictators go. Certainly, I'd prefer Emir Hamad or Emir Tamim to General Pinochet or Chairman Mao. Even Emir Sabah of Kuwait's not really all that bad.

Also, Chechen Jihadi seems a bit of an oxymoron, since most Jihadis were more brutal to most Chechens than most Russians were.

Assuming you're even correct (and I find it interesting that you claim to speak for the entire populace of Syria in rejecting jihadis), they're an entirely different set of foreigners to the "neo-imperialists" you love to kvetch so much about, and Syria's caught between the two.

Over 70% of Syrians support Bashar. Their stance against the foreign invaders is unequivocal.

I almost hope that Russia's stupid enough to pull that shit. While there are ways for Putin to tweak Uncle Sam's bears without consequences, that isn't one of them.
The most likely outcome of a Russian ban on exporting rocket engines to the US is that the US restarts its own, domestic, parts manufacturing for key public-sector projects.
Which will boost American employment, cut the trade deficit and most likely save money on the engines too!Souriya Al-Assad wrote: Over 70% of Syrians support Bashar. Their stance against the foreign invaders is unequivocal.
A very specific number, with very little by way of evidence to back it up.
